Business & supplier qualification
An appropriate supply relationship starts with understanding the organisations involved. Business identity, relevant operating permissions and the scope of the proposed transaction need to be considered together.
The considered approach
Attention to the source, the product, the receiving organisation and the responsibilities in between.

Our approach
Pharmaceutical supply relies on more than a commercial agreement. The organisations involved, the product being supplied and the route it takes all need careful consideration.
We are developing our wholesale operations around the applicable MHRA authorisation and Good Distribution Practice requirements. The specific permissions and responsibilities relevant to any proposed activity must be established before supply proceeds.
An appropriate supply relationship starts with understanding the organisations involved. Business identity, relevant operating permissions and the scope of the proposed transaction need to be considered together.
A clear specification reduces ambiguity. Product presentation, quantity, batch or shelf-life information where relevant, and the supporting documentation needed for the transaction should be agreed before proceeding.
The conditions specified for the product matter throughout a proposed supply route. Storage needs, transport arrangements, receiving capability and any temperature-sensitive requirements must be established in context.
Cross-border supply brings together more than one regulatory environment. Source and destination requirements, recipient permissions and the responsibilities of the parties need to be understood for the particular route.
We are developing our wholesale operations. Activities requiring authorisation will begin only once the relevant licences are issued and their scope is confirmed. We welcome preliminary business discussions; an enquiry is not an offer or acceptance of supply.
We do not currently claim an NHS framework appointment. Issued licence details and authorised activities will be added when available.

When discussing a new relationship, let us know which company, product and destination are involved. For temperature-sensitive or time-critical enquiries, make those requirements clear from the beginning.
If you have a question about documentation, product information or a proposed supply arrangement, contact the team before proceeding. Please keep patient-identifiable information out of general trade enquiries.
