Who we are
PharmaGlobe Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 15677231. Our registered office is Bartle House, Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ. For privacy questions, contact info@pharmaglobe.co.uk.
Using the enquiry form
When the online form is active, the details you submit are sent over an encrypted connection to our website server and passed to our business email provider for delivery to info@pharmaglobe.co.uk. The form does not open your email application. Any product-list attachment is passed to our business email provider with the enquiry. We do not maintain a separate database of form contents or a public file store on the website. A short-lived session is used to protect submissions and avoid accidental duplicates.
Information you send to us
If you contact us, we may receive your name, business contact details, company information, an optional product-list attachment and the details of your enquiry. We use this information to respond, clarify requirements and manage the resulting business correspondence. Please do not send patient-identifiable information, medical records or prescriptions through general trade enquiry channels.
Why we use information
Business enquiry information is used for our legitimate interests in responding to requests and developing appropriate business relationships, or for taking steps connected with a proposed contract where that applies. Information may also be retained where a legal obligation requires it.
Access and retention
Relevant staff and service providers supporting business communications may process enquiry information for these purposes. We do not sell enquiry information. Records should be kept only for as long as needed for the enquiry, relationship and any applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Contact us if you would like information about a particular record.
Cookies and technical information
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The website code does not store enquiry details in browser storage. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information, such as an IP address and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. When the form is active, an essential session cookie helps prevent forged or duplicate submissions. A hashed network identifier and short-lived counters limit automated abuse; no form message is stored in those counters. Essential hosting or access-control cookies may also be used by that infrastructure.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to raise an objection or concern about its use. Which rights apply depends on the circumstances and applicable law. You can also raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
