Pharmacy supply

A practical approach
to pharmacy requirements.

Pharmacy teams balance patient needs, stock planning and the day-to-day demands of the dispensary. A useful supply conversation starts with an accurate requirement and a realistic understanding of when stock is needed.

PharmaGlobe welcomes enquiries from registered pharmacy businesses for routine replenishment, planned purchasing and specific product requirements. We focus on the details that matter to the receiving pharmacy: the exact presentation, quantity, remaining shelf life, storage requirements and delivery arrangements. All proposed supply is assessed against the relevant permissions and product availability.

A closer look

Where the conversation begins.

01 / FOCUS

Community & independent pharmacies

A direct contact for independent pharmacy owners, superintendent teams and dispensary managers. Share a single product requirement or a grouped enquiry with the information needed to assess each line accurately.

  • Routine replenishment enquiries
  • Specific product and pack requirements
  • Named delivery and receiving contacts
02 / FOCUS

Pharmacy groups

For businesses operating across several sites, discuss purchasing requirements at group level and identify the receiving locations clearly. Volume forecasts and consistent specifications help make the enquiry more useful.

  • Consolidated product requirements
  • Site-by-site delivery information
  • Forecasts and purchasing schedules
03 / FOCUS

Time-sensitive requirements

Where timing is important, provide the required date at the outset. We can then discuss the enquiry on that basis and identify what needs to be confirmed, without implying guaranteed stock or an unconfirmed delivery promise.

  • Clear deadline and quantity
  • Exact required presentation
  • Prompt clarification of missing information

Useful answers

Before you
get in touch.

Do you accept enquiries from independent pharmacies?

Yes. We welcome enquiries from independent pharmacies as well as pharmacy groups, subject to customer qualification and the permissions required for the proposed supply.

Can I send several product requirements together?

Yes. List each product, strength, pharmaceutical form, pack size and quantity separately. You can send the list directly to our trade email address.

Can patients order medicines through this website?

No. This is a business enquiry website. It does not offer a patient dispensing service, prescriptions or an online medicine checkout.

What helps with a planned replenishment enquiry?

Include a separate line for each product, its pack size, the number of packs and your required delivery date. For recurring orders, add expected demand and order frequency so the discussion reflects your pharmacy’s stock planning.

Should we identify exact pack presentations?

Yes. Products can be supplied in different strengths, forms and pack sizes. State the exact presentation required and flag any specification that cannot vary; clinical suitability and prescribing decisions remain with qualified professionals.

What information may be needed for a new pharmacy account?

Be ready to provide the legal business name, pharmacy and delivery site details, an authorised contact and relevant professional registration or operating permissions. The team will confirm the information required for the proposed relationship.
