What should I include in a medicine enquiry?

Give the product name, strength, pharmaceutical form, pack size and quantity. For example, the same product name may have several strengths and pack presentations, so each part of the specification matters. Add the destination and required date, and identify any particular documentation needs.

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is 500 pieces. Please state the product presentation, pack size and quantity so the piece and pack basis can be confirmed in any quotation. Availability, authorisations and commercial terms must also be agreed.

When is the trade team available?

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, UK time. You can send an enquiry outside these hours for review during our opening hours.

How do I apply for a trade account?

Choose Apply for a trade account and include your legal company name, registration details, operating country and purchasing requirements. Add relevant professional or wholesale authorisations where applicable. This is an initial application enquiry; approval requires further checks and does not happen automatically.

Can I attach a product list?

Yes. You can select one PDF or CSV file up to 5 MB. If your list is in Excel, export it as CSV first. Include product names, strengths, pack sizes and quantities, and keep patient details and account passwords out of the file. Attachments are sent with the enquiry when online submissions launch.

Should I specify packs, individual units or both?

State the pack size and number of packs wherever possible. If you work in individual tablets, vials or other units, make that clear and include the total required. This helps avoid quoting a different quantity from the one you intended.

Can I enquire about several products or regular orders?

Yes. Put each product on a separate line with its own presentation and quantity. For a recurring requirement, include the expected ordering frequency and approximate monthly or quarterly volumes. Forecasts help frame the discussion; they do not reserve stock or create an order.

What if I need a particular remaining shelf life?

Tell us the minimum remaining shelf life you require on delivery. A product’s expiry date and the time needed for transport or receiving checks can affect whether a proposed supply meets your requirement. These details need agreement before an order is accepted.

How should I describe temperature-sensitive requirements?

Include the storage conditions stated for the product, the delivery destination and any receiving restrictions. Do not assume one temperature range applies to every medicine. Any proposed transport and handling arrangements need to be assessed for the particular product and route.

What do you need for an international enquiry?

Include the destination country, purchasing company, receiving organisation and proposed importer where known. Add the exact products, quantities and any import permissions or documentation requirements you already have. Requirements vary by market, so an enquiry is assessed individually.

How do I share an NHS tender or procurement opportunity?

Give the purchasing organisation, opportunity reference, submission deadline and the location of the tender documents. Include the product schedule, anticipated volumes and contract period where available. We will consider the enquiry within the stated procurement process; no current framework appointment is implied.

Can suppliers introduce their company?

Yes. Select Supplier partnership and tell us your legal company name, operating country, relevant authorisations, product areas and markets served. Describe the opportunity first; the team can then identify the supporting documents needed. Do not send confidential account credentials.

Does sending an enquiry place an order?

No. An enquiry starts a discussion. Availability, customer qualification, applicable authorisations, pricing, payment terms and delivery arrangements must be confirmed before any order is accepted. Please do not send payment or assume that stock has been reserved.

What happens after I submit the form?

Your enquiry is sent securely to our UK trade inbox at info@pharmaglobe.co.uk. A confirmation appears after the mail server accepts it, with a reference for follow-up. The team will review the details and contact you if further information is needed. If you see an error, keep your details on screen and try again or contact us directly.

Can I send patient information or prescriptions?

Please do not include patient names, medical records, prescriptions or other identifiable patient information. This channel is for pharmaceutical business enquiries. Clinical advice and individual dispensing remain with the relevant healthcare professionals.
